All our steaks come from Ballindalloch Castle farms, home of the pure Aberdean Angus cattle
Your choice of the finest fillet or sirloin steak cooked on the griddle to your specification with a choice of Garlic butter, Creamy grainy mustard and horse radish or Pepper corn sauces
Crispy Gressingham duck breast with a cranberry and orange sauce
Thai red curry with fillet of beef basmati rice and mini popadoms
Sauteed corn fed chicken breast with a watercress and brie sauce
Escalope of veal sauteed with mushroom masala stuffing and cream sauce
Local venison steak with a rich chilli and chocolate sauce
Asparagus, roasted red pepper and basil risotto
Whole roasted sea bass with ginger, lemon and lime
Monkfish skewered with cherry tomatoes on a tomato and basil vinaigrette
